At High Roller Wake, every product is built with performance and durability in mind. Many of our systems are custom-fabricated to ensure the best fit and results for your specific boat.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom-built wakesurf systems (including the Apex Complete Custom Wakesurf System) require 2–4 weeks for fabrication prior to shipment.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States after shipment.

  • Freight shipping may be required for larger items; delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to qualifying orders within the continental United States.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, non-installed items in their original packaging.

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Installed or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Return Process
